One week until Via Colori!!
Please join our unique performance art all weekend long along the downtown Fredericksburg Riverfront Park on Sophia Street. We will be starting at 10 am Saturday the 24th, working until 5pm, and then lighting luminaries until 9pm, so you can stroll along the chalk paintings by candlelight after dinner. We will continue from 10 am -5pm Sunday the 25th. That evening, all the paintings will be rinsed away as not to distract drivers the following day.
I will likely be on Charlotte Street (our square locations will be assigned Friday evening), working on a 10-foot chalk painting, and will be happy to have your company. Best wishes to all of the fellow artists gearing up to spend the weekend creating a temporary large installation right on the pavement.
